Something Creative Is Coming to Young Harris!
Artistic Creations Teaching Studio & Social Club officially launches in October, and we’re excited to start filling the calendar! Our first classes are ready to share, more are in the works, and plans for social gatherings are taking shape.
We believe everyone is an artist. Sometimes you just need an opportunity to try something new, a little guidance, and a welcoming place to begin.
Our First Classes: A Little Color, a Little Glow
We’re kicking things off with two beginner-friendly fused glass workshops taught by Kimberly Tringali of Cabin Fused Glass. No previous glass experience is needed, all supplies are included, and each class is limited to 10 participants.
Catch the Light: Fused Glass Suncatcher
Wednesday, October 21 | 1:00–3:00 p.m.
Create a colorful fused glass suncatcher inspired by autumn leaves, pumpkins, warm seasonal colors, or your own favorite signs of fall. Kimberly will guide you through working with different types of glass to create a design that is uniquely yours.
Light Up the Night: Fused Glass Nightlight
Thursday, November 12 | 1:00–3:00 p.m.
Add a little holiday color and glow to your home with a nightlight you create yourself. Draw inspiration from twinkling trees, ornaments, snowflakes, winter colors, and festive patterns, or create something completely your own.
Both classes will be held in The Workshop at Artistic Creations in Young Harris, Georgia.

Two Spaces for Creativity and Connection Artistic Creations has two spaces for classes and gatherings. Both spaces are still taking shape. Pictures are coming soon!
The Workshop is our hands-on creative space for messier projects, tool-based activities, and classes suited to a working studio environment.
The Club is a cleaner, apartment-style space with a kitchen and larger gathering area. It will host classes such as fiber arts and cooking, along with activities and social gatherings suited to a relaxed, comfortable setting.
More Opportunities Are on the Way
We’re working on a seasonal watercolor workshop and a miniature garden workshop, where participants can create a dish or fairy garden using plants, natural elements, and whimsical miniature pieces. Dates, prices, and details will be announced once everything is finalized.
These are just the beginning. We’re currently in various stages of discussion with 15 instructors about future classes and workshops.
We’re also exploring food options with local caterers as we plan future gatherings and special events. Our first event will be for the LGBTQ+ community and will be a fundraiser for three local nonprofits. 🏳️🌈
