About Artistic Creations

Artistic Creations Teaching Studio and Social Club grew from a simple idea: people need more opportunities to learn, create, and spend time together. We created Artistic Creations as a place where people can explore new interests, rediscover things they once enjoyed, and experience the satisfaction of making something with their own hands. You don't have to think of yourself as artistic or creative. You just have to be willing to try.

A Different Kind of Creative Learning

Creativity can take many forms, and learning something new shouldn't require a major commitment. Artistic Creations offers small, approachable classes that fit more easily into everyday life. Rather than focusing on one type of art or primarily offering week-long courses, our classes explore a wide variety of creative interests. One month you might learn metalsmithing or enameling, and the next try basket weaving, cooking, gardening, or something completely different.

Classes may range from a few hours to a few days and are designed to welcome beginners as well as people looking to build on skills they already have. Our goal isn't to turn everyone into a professional artist. It's to give people the opportunity to try new things, learn from talented instructors, and discover what they enjoy.

More Than a Teaching Studio

Artistic Creations is also about bringing people together. As adults, it isn't always easy to find places to meet people and form new connections around shared interests. Through classes, workshops, dinners, and social gatherings, we want to create opportunities for people to enjoy an experience together and get to know others in the process.

A Welcoming Place

We want Artistic Creations to be a place where people of different backgrounds, experiences, and skill levels feel comfortable participating. Some Social Club gatherings will be created specifically for members of the local LGBTQ+ community, providing additional opportunities to meet and connect. Our hope is that Artistic Creations becomes a place where people can continue to learn, try new things, meet others, and discover new interests throughout their lives.
